10 Things me and my family do to stay physically well


  1. Sometimes I would go hiking with my Nono.
  2. During peaceful nights, my dad would take me to the gym.
  3. Every Thursday, my cousin gives me softball lessons.
  4. Me and my family make sure to drink plenty of water every day.
  5. We always eat a healthy dinner every night.
  6. We try to stay outside as long as we can.
  7. I go swimming from time to time.
  8. I normally walk home from school.
  9. My mum tries getting me to do fitness.
  10. My little sister and I bounce on the trampoline every.
